Those errors indicate HPM itself is having issues.
Guessing your HPM is not updated or your HE platform is way out of date.

You should start over here, and reinstall HPM: [RELEASE] Hubitat Package Manager (HPM) -- HubitatCommunity

Then post over there if you keep having issues with it.
