Okay, you have the latest released version. I was looking at an unreleased version. Sorry. 
You have the life360Tile1 attribute. That's the attribute that you can use on the dashboard.
Remember to close the dashboard completely, then reopen to see all attributes.
I’ve closed and reopened the dashboard a few times. Where should this attribute show up?
Feels like I am missing something with tiles and the dashboard.

Any tips for formatting the layout of the status tile? I seem to have too much space between the lines, almost like double spacing.
I am struggling with this too, if I make the font larger with CSS the line spacing gets bigger too.

@bptworld any way to get rid of the (At:) to free up space, I tired to do it with CSS but I can't find the right CSS command.
You would have to edit the driver code and then remember to go in and change it anytime I update the code.
Does this app work with the 'Refresh Life360' app? (to regularly refresh the life360)?
No idea. I've never had to refresh Life360.
It isn't an app per se. It's an application refresh button for use in dashboards. In RM, one can just use a custom action to refresh Life360.
You've been fortunate. My experience with Life360 and Hubitat is that Life360 doesn't always successfully notify Hubitat of a presence change. And if it misses making that notification, the presence stays wrong until it is changed again. I refresh it every 10 minutes to make sure.
