If someone is willing to test, it maybe possible to support vacuum
Wow I’m embarrassed and humbled by the response.
Supporting vacuums would definitely be my first choice. I have both Neato and iRobot so I’m happy to be your tester.
Supporting input text is a secondary need if vacuums are supported.
Standing by….
I sent you a message.
Hello, new to HA but have had hubitat for yrs. HADB is working but noticed i cant get my switch bot blind tilt to be imported into hubitat. Wasnt sure if it was supported or not?
Do you mean "it does not show up in the list of available entities from the app" or "there is no child device created for it" ?
Note: If you have the switchbot 2 hub you can integrate your blinds through Matter.
It doesn’t show up and or create a child device either way. The logs say soemthing along the lines of not supported on hubitats side. Can screen shot logs when I get home later. I also don’t have the switch bot hub. I’m using a Bluetooth proxy to control it in HA.
This is not clear. If it does not show up in the app, you would not be able to select it. Therefore, it wouldn't produce any log message.
According to HA documentation it is a cover, so it should show up in the list of selectable devices.
Please do.
Here is what i get upon sending a close command...

HADB could not find the component needed on your system. If you installed manually, make sure to also install the aforementioned component. If you installed through HPM then do a repair or something (can never remember that one).
Dang looks like i had an older version which is weird bc i just installed that like 2-3 weeks. That did the trick and it is now in hubitat. Thanks
Okay well its now a device in hubitat but it is only showing attributes via HA. Open/close or change postion dont do anything on hubitats side. The status of the blinds is perfectly reflected tho, anything i do in HA is shown right on hubitat. Any suggestions?
What about set tilt level?
Version 2.10:
- Add support for text entity
- Add support for vacuum entity (thanks to @mluck for testing)
- Add extra blind commands
I started on my Hubitat journey in 2019 with a C-5 and selecting the Konnected Pro board for my alarm update.
This last weekend I decided to explore Home Assistant as alternate approach by using the HADB with a underused Pi 4 running Bookworm. It was quite a ride with false starts, searches for installation help, restoring my stable Bookworm to my SD, starting over. on 11/23 I first achieved successful HA running on the Pi 4 and got close to getting the integration with Hubitat working. It wasn't. Restored the Hubitat and Pi 4.
Today, 11/25 I got it right on both ends. Still not impressed by HA, but I have a lot to learn.
Aa few hours after that success, I noticed that my Konnected Pro was not sending anything to Hubitat. The last activity was 11/23, when the HA discovered my Konnected Pro. It seems to have then stopped communicating with Hubitat.
I removed the Konnected Pro and a few other devices from HA and recovered Konnected Pro operation with Hubitat.
I am posting just to point this out and maybe ask if this a proper behavior by HA on device discovery, or a bug in Konnected Pro firmware or the drivers.
I'll be experimenting with HA, but I very happy I went Hubitat back when I started,
So far HA is less impressive than I expected.
Doesn’t sound normal to me, and I haven’t seen any reports of problems with Hubitat and Konnected Pro when HA is in the mix.
There are many of us (including me, with HA Yellow) who use HA for those devices that aren’t supported by Hubitat, and bring the devices over to Hubitat using HADB. HA is just an appendage to Hubitat like Hue hub or Lutron hub, etc., no HA dashboards or automations.
Have you considered putting the Konnected Pro on HA and bringing it to Hubitat using HADB? That might be a reliable path.
I’ve found that HA seems to handle cloud devices more reliably than Hubitat, so I have all cloud devices (ratgdo, Litter Robot, SurePet cat doors) on HA, and bring them to Hubitat using HADB. Never had a problem, 100% reliable.
Do they make a white version?
I have experienced a problem but I don’t know if it’s the same one. I spoke to @nate about it a few months ago and he confirmed that Konnected does not support dual integrations (HE and HA) running in parallel. @kutoroff, could this be the root of your problem too?
Nate also mentioned that a future version of Konnected would likely be able to support concurrent integrations.
Ok, wasn’t aware of that. If this is the issue, then running Konnected only on HA and bringing it to Hubitat via HADB would be a solution.
Exactly.
Or, in the alternative, depending on specifics of the use-case, one could also integrate Konnected with Hubitat and bring it across to HA using Maker API. Both ways work.
