- Updated Matter to v1.5 (beta).

App Changes
- Revamped Amazon Echo Skill app to support changing primary device type exposed to Alexa; added ability to remove undesired attributes; changed "respond immediately" option to per-device instead of global option; added ability to override "open" voice command percentage per-device for blind/shade devices.
- NOTE: Downgrading to platform 2.4.3 or earlier after upgrading will require either restoring matching hub backup or re-doing Alexa setup.
- Swap Device: added capability check for target device, whitelisted AirPlay, Wiz, HomeKit, Bluetooth and Tuya integrations to allow child device swaps.

- Adaptive Lighting to automatically adjust CT lights temperature to match the diurnal cycle.

- Added local support for Tuya switches, multi-plugs, dimmers, CT, and RGBW lights.
