Pushover notifications - pushover built in sound not working

Hub Model C-5, Platform 2.3.6.146
I have several rules using the pushover built in sounds to identify particular events. These rules have been working as intended for years but now have ceased to work and only pushover default sound is heard. The only change I am aware of is I recently obtained a new phone but not aware of how this might be a factor as I have same phone number and it is listed as device in my pushover account. Any help would be much appreciated.

Please provide your hub model (C7, C8, etc.) and its platform version from Settings>Hub Details.

I have a rule that uses the same sound and it works. My rule has a space after the message and it is #Climb#. If this has been working then probably is something to do with your new phone??

Check the app permissions on the phone if Android.
