Problem with easy dashboard tiles on iOS

Sorry to go a bit off topic but I saw the post about not having an iPhone issue addressed for months. I reported last May that on several iPhones and an iPad that tiles in the first column of an Easy (EZ) dashboard don’t work. They work as soon as I move them to column 2 or greater, so I know the positioning is the issue. Likewise, as it is repeatable over different devices it is not a single device issue either.

I had one or two brief replies then silence since then. I can’t even get an acknowledgement this is a known issue and being worked on.

Please help.

I use the original dashboard in the app but as of earlier today , Bobby D said that they are aware of the problem and investigating it

Here is the post I did in May 2025. As I said, I got a couple of replies but then nothing else, such as even an acknowledgment there was a problem.
