The first issue I ran into was that the hub wanted to update firmware (which failed).

Were you able to get this to complete successfully?
Also check if you have an available Z-wave update.

New Hub Won't Add Anything

You probably clicked on Update, not Firmware Update. [image] Now that you clicked update, you should do a shutdown from the Settings menu, pull power at the wall, wait a few minutes and power back up.
