Newbie - Looking to set FireHD tablet as keypad for HSM

Are there any tutorials out there on how to do this? I had it working via MQTT in homeassistant however recently moved all of my setup over to hubitat - any help would be appreciated

I want to have my tablet on the wall with a keypad to arm/disarm HSM.

I don't want to presume anything or derail the thread, and I'm pretty sure there are going to be a few suggestions on how to do exactly what you want.

I'd just like to say that I initially wanted to do the same, but was unhappy with it.

So instead did this. Have usd this method for the past few years.

@dimitri I'm just getting this set up myself. I built a dashboard with Sharptools.io and I'm using Fully Kiosk Browser on a fire tablet. Sharptools has an integration with Hubitat and has tiles for controlling HSM.

Take a look at @mbarone's Virtual Keypad app that uses a HE dashboard.

Thank you! I will give this a try

A bit late, but in case you haven't found a perfect solution yet have a look at

It's a free Android Dashboard that can control HSM as well as all your Hubitat devices. And for HSM you can set a PIN so when you try to enable or disable HSM an intruder couldn't do it without knowing the pin
