New never used C5 unable to setup

Can't provide OS version as diag screen provides no info.
App can find device and IP on network, but can't connect.
Tried holding reset for 30 seconds, still blue light.
Diag screen asks to select update version, but none shown.
Router shows increasing upstream data, but downstream data keeps sitting at 3.1mb after multiple power cycles and resets.


How old is it?

Hubitat have updated their cloud a couple years back and I've read one similar message that meant the Hub is calling home to a home that no longer exists.

I wish my memory was able to dredge up more precise info, but my advice is to a) wait for someone else here to confirm or deny my memory, or b) submit a support ticket. Most likely here's the place for quicker answers.
