However since you are here, there are lots of options. There is a built in Open Weather, which is a very basic tile. I like the following bptworld app. If either of those don't suit your needs, there must be literally 25 community based weather apps on this forum.
I would highly suggest installing the Hubitat Package Manager, it makes searching for community based apps and drivers much easier, and installation is a breeze. Once click and your app or driver is installed and ready to use.
