Need help with refreshing status of Remotec Zwave Dry Contact Fixture Module (ZFM-80US)

I'm using the Remotec Zwave Dry Contact Fixture Module (ZFM-80US) for my fireplace automation.
I'm noticing some very unusual behavior every so often with the Remotec Dry contact. When I turn it on (app/dashboard, Siri, or the Lutron Pico), the fireplace turns on; but the status of the Remotec doesn't change on Hubitat. As a result of this, the remainder of the automation doesn't kick in!!!
If I refresh the status of the Remotec, by going into to it's device page and clicking on the "Refresh" button, the status will reflect correctly.
To fix this, I thought I might add a "Refresh" option when I start the rule. Under the "Refresh" option, the Remotec device doesn't show up. Anyone else know of an option to "Refresh" the status of the Remotec, so that the remainder of the Rule can get going? If not, the rule never gets triggered!
