My bunded remote admin and protection plan expired a few days ago, it did not auto renew, I got no notification, now when I try to buy it says I cannot purchase the bundled service?

This should be a no brainer I have been with Hubitat for years on my old hub and a year on the new hub. This should have auto renewed, it did not, i got no email notification. It cancelled my subsubscription, when I go to buy the bundle again it says I cannot buy this service. Help.

I saw a post a day or two ago that said Hubitat was having an issue with subscription renewals working correctly. I'll bet @bobbyD can help you.

Is the CC # that you had on file still valid?

I know, it's an awful experience at the moment, especially for those who had a bundle that was cancelled. The system is supposed to allow you to subscribe to the same service that was cancelled, but that doesn't work for bundles. You will need to subscribe to the two services individually.

I created a case. So they will credit me the difference between the bundle and the individual once you fix your issues?
