MQTT Dimmer Integration

I just flashed a tuya dimmer switch with openbeken firmware via tuya-cloudcutter (its a new proprietary chip), and the openbeken has no http integration with hubitat, so mqtt is the way to go.

However, I can't find a single mqtt integration that uses topics and maps them to a device, only ones that publish devices to mqtt topics. This is the closest thing i found, but it doesnt support dimming:

I just flashed a Tuya based smart plug that has the new non Tasmota chip CB2S, CB2L, WB2L_M1 with OpenBeken BK7321N.

It's workinhg in Hubitat using the Tasmota - Universal Parent driver and Tasmota Device Manager app.

Maybe you want to try that.

I got it working via [Beta] MQTT beta 3d (released 5th July)

It can link a virtual device to mqtt topics.

I didn’t know that openbeken supports standard tasmota http integrations! Thanks for letting me know.

Neither did I, but decided to give it a go and to my surprise it worked.
Running the lasted 1.17.203 update.

Just tried it with a Deta 4 gang series 2 switch (WB3S chip) and that worked also. Maybe because the switches I have used have profiles for series 1 devices that originally used an ESP8266 based chip.
