I wouldn't say this isn't correct; not all drivers offer a Configure command (good idea to run it after switching if there is, though), and if you mean "State," that's normal too--this is for internal use by the driver, and not all drivers need it. "Current States" is another story, but it sounds like thomsen are fine if it's working for automations.
