Mode not updating with Switch

Mode Manager is configured to update Mode based on Time or Switch. Time works, Switch does not. I created a button for updating Mode (for testing) and that works. The Switch is a Virtual Switch. I tried changing it to a different switch type (and another physical switch) but that did not work. The log shows a Mode change after the switch is turned on. But the Mode does not actually change as it does not trigger a change in HSM or trigger other apps.

I’m answering my own post as I have a fix. I tried changing switches in Mode Manager, but that did not work. However, when I deleted the entry for a Mode in the Set Mode with Switch table, then recreated it, the issue resolved. I had to do this for each Mode
