I was able to configure using the driver
Zemismart zigbee wall switch multi gang
I'm just not sure which driver I should be using for the energy monitoring..

Try switching the device across to the Generic Zigbee Outlet driver and then back to the Zemismart Driver. This seems to have worked for me on these Melery outlets.
