Check if your switches are Z-Wave or Z-Wave Plus.
The switch should be printed with that information. Also the newer versions of the switch have a QR code on the face plate.
Or, you can lookup the model number on the Internet.
Or, on the "Device Info" on the devices page for the switch, look for 0x5E in the "Device Details" section.
If your switch is not Z-Wave Plus, you will need to run a polling app or create a simple rule to periodically send a refresh command to the device.
