Yeah, my particular use case is probably unique. I have 1 CCO set up controlling a whole home humidifier with a rule I wrote [shamelessly copied from @rcjordan] - that one wasn't the problem, but explains why I have a 'maintained' state for it. The two others are acting as a kill switch for my alarm panel-wired smoke detectors (one for the A/C and one for the battery backup) because I was having issues with false alarms when people would shower and the panel is very far from my bedroom. That's why I had the rule trigger when they were turned off (so that they would come back on in 2 minutes), but since I hadn't anticipated that they would ever be shut off over and over again (2x per second), I hadn't written a "kill/cancel" into my rule that turned them back on, so it got into a very bad loop.
All remedied now.
