Correct (on both counts). It created a device in the Hubitat device list but it has no characteristics. Nothing in the logs.
Any update on telnet support?
Lutron doesn’t expose it.

You can add it as a device via telnet, but unfortunately, no motion data gets passed via telnet, so there's really no point. My understanding is that's a Lutron telnet limitation, not a Hubitat limitation.
