There are a dozen of Tuya dimmers that are supported by this custom driver, but it is difficult to say what you will receive in a box labeled ' ZM-105-MS'.
It is always a risk purchasing Tuya devices - it may or may not work with this driver.
If your device is this one, there is a good chance to work with the driver linked above :
The best I can manage is to have the the up/down sides of the rocker switch apparently control two completely separate loads. Behaviour on this is, if I
press 'up', the light on load1 comes on.
press up again, the light on load1 goes off.
hold up, the brightness (load1) increases.
hold up again, the brightness (load1) decreases.
press 'down', the light connected to load2 goes off, and
the switch reflects as off. Leaving load 1 in it;s previous state.
etc.
Oddly, the brightness level for 1/2 seems to be remembered, but whichever switch was pressed most recently is the only one which is displayed.
If I press the other switch, the brightess and status of that switch replaces the info above. Press the other switch and ditto.
It's as though the driver can only display one load status/brightness at a time.
I'm assuming I've just hit unlucky with this item, and the up/down rocker switch functions (as per the fibaro) simply cannot be duplicated.
All Tuya dimmers I know are working this way - short press switches on/off, long press started dimming up or down. I am afraid you can not find a Tuya dimmer that will work the same way as the Fibaro dimmer, and the reason is that rocker switches are not popular in CN ...
Please post the device Zigbee details (model & manufacturer).
Did the driver create two child devices? If not, then the behavior will be the strange one that you describe - the two channels will interfere and will update the same attributes.
Appreciate that life can be busy. Do you think the extra endpoint can be fixed with a driver update? If so, I'll hang fire and just come back to it later, however long that takes. Thank you.
If not, I'll send away for another set of dimmers.
Ali express takes a while, and I've had these sat for a couple of weeks before I got the chance to take a crack at it.
Sorry, I am pretty busy these days with another important project... Yes, this two-channel dimmer can be added to the driver; I will try to make it later tonight.
