This guy has been working fine for years, a few days ago he quit working. After trying exclusion, inclusion, factory reset, this is what I am left with.
Admittedly, it's pretty old, but maybe it just needs to be excluded, included. Or if it won't, I still don't want this entry. Refresh, remove, does nothing.
I have tried that power down, It's a plug in module. No change. Every time I put module into exclusion mode, Hubitat ends up saying unknown module excluded, but that node is still in Zwave list.
That means either you factory reset it before excluding it properly, or the device had some sort of malfunction and factory reset itself.
You should be able to pair it back. What hub do you have? I think the C8 may have issues onboarding those really old Leviton devices, but if they migrated from something like a C7 they would work.
Thanks I was able to remove the zwave ghost after powering down the hub. Weird thing thing this leviton module only pairs as fan controller. It says on back good for lights. I can exclude and include it and it is turning lights on if I tell it to run fan on high. Maybe time to to retire it. It doesn't show up up anymore in compatible devices. I tried to include it as leviton lamp module but showed up as fan controller. As it does if I just do zwave include without specifying device first
Thats just the hub picking the wrong Type / driver. You can easily change it from the Device Info tab on the device page. Change it to Generic Z-Wave Switch, run the configure command from the main tab, and see if that works. Thats the driver for non-plus legacy Z-wave switches, so should be the right one.
