Small bed scraper printed fine as a test, I did get a small amount of stringiness and I did get a feed error with the AMS (probably a result of the cardboard spool, that I need to print a replacement for). Time will tell on the 3 hour print for a spool holder that I just kicked off, if I have any issues.
There seems to be a number of infill patterns, is one better then all the rest? Does anyone have an opinion?

I'm torn, I already ordered black and gray... Want to get two more spools. Can't decide on colors. Anyone think there is a "best" choice from below?
Personally I’d go with red and white, with blue and green being a close second.

Any idea what the Cura equivalent of Adaptive Cubic would be?
Still haven't wrapped my brain around Prusa Slicer yet.
Funny - I have the same issue w/Cura Slicer (since I started w/Prusa). When I look at Cura I find it relatively confusing to use. 
Maybe here? Combined w/choosing Cubic as the infill?
@danabw I just realized that the Noctua fan comes with a two pin adapter. That might work using the existing plug on the Sovol control board. I spliced/soldered mine in.
How did it go?
I had my first extruder clog last night. Kicked off a print and went to bed. Got up this morning to an empty build plate. Since it was my first, it took me a little bit to realize what the problem was. I thought the hotend was clogged initially. Took about 30 minutes to pull the extruder, disassemble, clear the clog, and slap it back together. Bambu's how to videos are pretty spot on.
I'm still having no luck with the PETG I have on hand. I ordered a different color of Overture and will order the Sunlu linked above to see if it's just the spool or something.
Had another AMS feed issue in the first layer, but otherwise it completed successfully. Couple of small blemishes, so not a perfect print but otherwise looks to have come out fine.
FWIW, someone in the Sovol forum who was having problems w/his printer (don't remember the model) said that he had the best luck w/PETG w/the Sunlu. I've gotten very good results w/it, adhesion during printing, easy release after things cool.
I was wondering about that...but couldn't tell exactly - it looks like they do have a two-pin, the one on the bottom in the pic.
The only Overture Filament I’ve bought that works well IME is their TPU.
Their PETG and PLA have been horrid.
Sunlu and eSun PETG / PLA work great in my experience.
So now that things are working well for me I'd like to see if I can screw it up. I have an admittedly slow printer compared to the Bambu and Andker-ites (not to mention @djos's Frankenstein-Hot-Modded toys). I don't need warp or ludicrous speed, not printing that much but would like to shave some time off my prints generally.
I've found that dropping from Normal to Draft really doesn't save much time, so wondering which key settings in the Speed section of Prusa I should experiment with first...and how far to push them.
Your printer is actually capable of very good speeds, I’d suggest you could go up to 100mm/s without any issues.

I have a spool of their black pla pro. It prints as well as esun PLA+. Also their matt pla is very nice too, (at least in black). Never tried their plain PLA though.
