I have a Kwikset 910 with Zigbee, how do I connect and configure this device?
I seem to be able to sync the device with the Zigbee radio, but then I don't have any control over it.
It should have picked the Generic Zigbee Lock driver. Can you verify that ?

Yes i selected the Generic Zigbee Lock Driver
And ? Did you click on the Configure button ? Logs ? Screenshot so we can see what's going on.
I have zero control of the lock and nothing is logged on the Zigbee radio

Enable logging, open a new window with logging and hit configure button and in the logging window select the Basement Lock and screen shot that for me.
ok it looks like the pairing didn't complete. un-pair it and pair it with in 1 foot of the hub.
I have tried repairing dozens of time and with three of these locks.
The lock is now on my table one inch from the hub, to make this easier.
I will factory reset the lock and delete it from Hubitat.

A factory reset is probably the right thing to do with Kwikset locks. I had to do the same for my zwave versions.

If you manually lock and unlock it does anything show up in the logs or current states ?

Does that lock require Secure Pairing? I didn't see it in the screen shots . . . it's usually in the DATA section . . .
