Is Z-Wave Node Health and Topology available on a C-5?

Is Z-Wave Node Health and Topology available on a C-5? Will it ever be?

I see Brian's post 2.2.4 - C7 Z-Wave Node Health, Topology, and Routes which I guess implies it is for a C-7 only.

If not available for the C-5 is the C-5 somehow lacking in ability for this?

Not available for the C-5. The C-7 has a different z-wave chip and stack relative to the C-5. Hubitat has previously indicated that the new C-7 z-wave stack will not be backported to older models.
