it keeps timing out when i try to access

Same here, and happens a lot. Oddly enough if you open it in an incognito browser window it usually works. @bobbyD

It seems like it is some sort of caching issue.

It usually happens after a browser update. The browser is likely trying to open https instead of http, if you are trying to access http://findmyhub.hubitat.com/ for example.

I am going to https://portal.hubitat.com/
Just getting the spinning circle and white screen until it times out.
Opening in inCognito works for some reason?

That page redirects to http://getstarted.hubitat.com/. So same issue.

Using the incognito window worked just find. I guess that's the fix?

Yeah I guess but if people don't think to try that they will just assume its broken and get frustrated.

A more permanent fix is here (but may need to do this after each browser update):

That did the trick for me now it works from the normal browser.
