New user struggles

As a new user I just wanted to say this was an awful first experience trying to get things set up. I tried 3 separate devices and nearly gave up in frustration, this does not bode well for getting the rest of my devices set-up.

Since it’s not clear if the issues you’re having are related to previous posts in this thread, please consider posting more details about what’s going wrong in a new thread, assuming you’re looking for help troubleshooting?

Thanks for your feedback. This is not what we would like to hear, and we are sorry that you've had problems getting started. When you have a chance, could you please provide more details about the issues you've encountered, so we can make sure that others don't have the same experience in the future?
