iOS app constantly asks to login everytime on app launch

... and yes, the "remember me" is on.
Anyone else? How to fix it?

Mine does not constantly ask, but I have had to re-login several times since I switched to it. Can't recall ever having to with the old app.

Bad wording from myside, indeed (so changed the topic name, thank you). Meant the same - when I re-launch the app it still insists that I have to login.

I've noticed this too, but I don't use it much, maybe once or twice every few weeks. I just attributed it to not having used it in a while, like an auto log out kind of thing.

This is happening to me every roughly 2nd day, and it’s starting to get quite annoying. I’m on the current version.

Yeah it's still doing it to me as well. In fact the issue mentioned in this thread is still and issue for me as well. In order to look at my dashboards locally I have to log out of the app and back in, that seems to always fix it. So if it doesn't make me do it on it's on, more times than not I have to log out and back in anyway.

Oh interesting, I just assumed that the new app only used the cloud dashboard connection for some reason. I was honestly not that bothered as I found the frequent app flip flops between the local and cloud connections to be a frustrating.

That said, cloud dashboard are much much slower.

I found the constant flipping back of teh old app to cloud frustrating as well. The new app is much better in that respect, once you switch to local it stays local.

lol, I just learned something new, I didn’t realise this was an option.

Edit: if I change to local by tapping the house icon, subsequent taps on dashboards show the blue progress bar get to 10% and then vanish, and nothing else happens.

If I switch back to cloud, everything works again.

Unfortunately, the latest version of the app is now logging me out multiple times per day. :weary:

Yep same here.

One thing I’ve noticed, is if the app opens to the login screen and I kill it (swipe up), the next time I open the app, it logs straight in without asking for credentials.

This is fixed now. :+1:

Not sure if it was iOS 18.1 or Hubitat that resolved it.
