Can anyone point me in the right direction for instructions on integrating my Tuya zigbee repeaters into Hubitat. I have already set them up with the smartlife app.

Are you talking about the small USB version that looks like this or some other kind of tuya repeater?
That’s a Tuya Zigbee hub. You shouldn’t need it… what devices you have connected to it?

Nothing thus far. If won’t pair with Hubitat yet. Paired it with the smart life app. Which paired fine. Btw I have 3 repeaters. They paired to the app fine. I can see all three.
Tried to conventionally pair in devices to zigbee with no luck. An I missing something. I did see something in package manager about the Tuya repeaters.
If your repeaters look like in the link above, pair them directly to the Hubitat hub.
If by repeaters you mean the device shown on the picture that you posted - these are not repeaters, but Tuya Zigbee hubs that are intended to work with Smart Life via Tuya cloud servers. These hubs can not be paired directly to Hubitat (or to any other home automation platform different than Tuya).

Ok. So I guess I ordered the wrong things. Can you suggest the zigbee repeater I need.

The zigbee repeater from Amazon link posted by @hydro311 is very good one.
But if you have a small number of Zigbee devices all not too far away from the Hubitat hub, you may not need any repeaters for the start… just pair your smart devices directly to Hubitat. If the connection is unstable or not possible because of the long distance, you can add Zigbee repeaters later.
Also, almost all mains-powered Zigbee devices (plugs as example) work as repeaters too.

I have one of these in each room and have had zero issues with them. One is outside under the gazebo for the King of Fans controller.
Lately the majority of my my AliExpress purchases have been arriving in about 12 days.
I just received a similar Tuya USB repeater from AliExpress. How do I "install" it? As this is my first repeater, please start from the beginning 
There is a Smart Life QR code on the box. Should I install the app?
I plugged it into a USB port and a Blue LED is visible through the case. There are no buttons or paperclip hole.
Start Zigbee pairing, insert the repeater, remove the repeater and reinsert it. HE should detect a new device. Once it has been added, no driver is needed.
You don’t need the SmartLife app. It requires the Tuya hub, which is not needed either.

i had one of my stop working. and cannot repeair it.. it did pair in place but kept reading offline in the driver..
so removed it totally and cannot pair it again.. gets stuck on initialize .. wonder if something changed in the hub.. tried without 3.0 extenders and with keys in clear. same no matter what.
This workaround works 100% for me.
