If multiple locations, auto-change home hub on enter in geofence location?

Hi Folks,
While mobile app now works MUCH better than prev version(s), I have a question:
I have 2 locations (for now) and would love to be able app to automatically change "home" hub when enters into geofenced location.
Is there addon/ plans from Hubitat to implement such missing functionality?
Best,
Teodor

I can see where that might be doable in a single hub per home situation, but in a multi-hub home that may require manual setting it the first time.

As a multi-hub in multi-home guy, the one-time setup would be totally worth having dual geo-fence capability.

Geofence can only do one location..

You can set the geofenced location for each hub, then your mobile roams and when enters in any given hub's geolocation to auto-switch to that hub.

I used to do this with a set of webCoRE pistons at one time. Was on Android at the time; I forget what the app was, but I could get the lat/long from it and used that to calculate distance from the hub, or any location that I had defined to webCoRE.

You could probably do it with Tasker on Android

Thanks to those folks who responded with workarrounds!
I do hope though that someone from Hubitat reads such posts and can advise how could be done and probably if it seems reasonable and whether can be implemented anytime soon. I would say it can even be a service to pay reasonable subscription for such multi-hub scenario.

BTW I have few Samsung hubs and they can do it (though will never return back to Samsung due to 2 main issues; left Groovy; almost all cloud).

I do the same thing, but I'm using a Home Assistant integration to capture long/lat and distance-from-home and use that for presence at my second home. As usual, multiple ways to skin the cat!

I always view complexity as the birthplace of problems in the long-term, so a more elegant multi-home presence solution would be awesome. Though I imagine it's not high on the list since the vast majority of folks don't have this need. Oh well.
