@672southmain Thank you both. I thought so. I previous tried using internet over power line but the line going out there doesn't seem to pass it well at all. I have some ring cameras on the outside of the garage and they connect just fine but I don't have ethernet to my wifi repeater out there.
You can now connect a hub via WiFi if you have WiFi out there.

Or go whole hog and get a Zooz Relay for your garage doors. That should repeat the Z-Wave mesh signal...

I didn't realize you could I thought it was only ethernet.
Ethernet is still the preferred way to connect. Adding WiFi dongle introducing another failure point. But it's an option.
