This is very odd, I’ve registered myself during testing a lot of times, not once have I had an issue unless it was due to me getting it wrong (not saying you are of course).

I think your site is conspiring against me. 
I tried probably 2 dozen codes, and it gave me an "incorrect code" error every time!
