how do i actually get ahold of habitat support? email, message or phone number? i am having some sort of issue with my c-8 that is a couple months old and i think it could be a hardware issue.
Officially, https://support.hubitat.com. You'll also find this at the "Support" link above and in various other places.
But you can also get a lot of help here, including from staff. If you haven't tried that already fist, it may be worth it.
There is no link there to get support; unless submitting a warranty claim is the process to start. I did that this morning and have not received a response yet.
This is the place to ask. Is there something you need help with that isn't a warranty claim? Lot's of very helpful and knowledgable people here that may be able to resolve your issue.
