yes they are on the compatible list.

Awesome, thanks for linking.

Has anyone heard of these: Xtreme Switch - Interfree

Seem to be Australian but can not find any info for them at all.

They look pretty cool, thanks for linking to them! :+1:
I cannot even get the buy now button to work though so I cannot tell what the pricing’s like or what colour and gang options they have :slightly_frowning_face:
I would be interested to hear if anyone else have better luck than I had getting that info off them

They look nice but that website is pretty ordinary.

I can't get anything to work on the website. They sound good in theory

Also anyone tried these: https://www.kogan.com/au/buy/d-link-mydlink-smart-diy-motion-sensor-dch-b122-d-link/

Any reason they wouldn't work?

Havn't tried them but they will probably work. There's cheaper options than those out there though that do work. Have a look at the Cygnett motion sensors, pretty cheap at the moment and those actually look like Linkind sensors which i have one from Amazon US and it works.

Hmm... 18 bucks... not bad. Says 40m range..... thats crazy.... not a typo is it?

I've been using the new Sonoff SNZB-3. Pretty good so far. Not bad at 10 bucks a piece. I found a seller from Aliexpress that ships to Perth in just over a week standard shipping. Fastest I ever got anything from Aliexpress.

Nope that's the price, at bigW and Harvey Norman or Domayne. I tried one of the sonoffs but they just feel cheap and tacky.

Just an update if you have one - completely flat with battery level last showing about 79%. So these battery levels are next to useless and the only real way is to manually keep track of changes.

This seems to be the case with most battery devices on Hubitat. :frowning:

So true.

Happy New Year everyone !!

1 - did the buy/sell thread ever get up ? (I can't find it)
2 - is there a link for flashing the Arlec grid boards ? (I can't find it)

I'm looking for some gear to pilot in dad's shed - we had tears yesterday when he managed to kill an engraving run because he hit the wrong switch, so looking at putting some of the power boards on voice control for him. Also going to put in some temp sensors and fans on control as mum said he came in "dripping" from the shed and she's a little concerned he isn't turning the fans on.

so looking at upgrading my hub and giving him my old one and putting some cheap boards in to manage airflow and cooling.

Hi Keith. I was the one to flag the idea and commit to starting it. My bad. My family is out of town so I have some time. I'll set it up this weekend and post here when it's live. I haven't forgotten!

no stress, I've been having PEBKAC issues with my searching lately so figured I was just
using the wrong search

I'm looking for potential replacement/repair of our ducted reverse cycle AC - any companies that I should keep my eye on for HE integration and "smart" zone/temp control? Located in Perth.

I have a mitsubishi ducted system and have made a good start on a driver, just needs some more work. I'm also helping out with a Daikin driver.

You may also want to look at iZone, who are located in Perth, and that have some Community drivers available.

Interesting. I hadn't considered it as a AC solution, as I'd mostly seen it marketed as a whole-home HA system. May be a viable solution, even if just as a control system for my existing ducting/Fujitsu system.

I'll keep these in mind when the tech comes out, thanks

iZone is great. We've just managed to get the driver working with HE recently and its been working great (thanks @jchurch and @markus!). They're marketed as whole home HA but they started out as AC first. I have their power monitoring component which works great out of the box if you just want basic monitoring. Haven't figured out how to integrate that part yet.
