This could be related to the issues Mike talks about in this thread on the Samsung plugs. He mentions there are some fixes coming in the next major platform release.

SmartThings Outlet (2018) power not reporting Generic Zigbee Outlet

New convert from ST here. Loving Hubitat C-7! I've got a few UK SmartThings outlets, some the old type (buttons on sides, blue LED) and some new (2019 button on top, green LED). Both 13A rated. I need a couple to run heating devices (electric rad, coffee machine) and know the power usage. I really wanted to use the newer devices for these uses because there were some reports of the old types having fire safety issues under high loads. So... all the devices use the default Generic Zigbee Outlet.…
