Hubitat, and maybe not. Looking for ideas for Ring + Wyze cams access

Okay I am not talking about bringing video data into Hubitat, but hear me out here.

I have 3 Ring products that I want to access the features from, 2 Spotlight Cam Wired, and 1 Floodlight cam.

And I have 3 Wyze Cam v3 that are added on.

What I am looking to do most likely is going to be made difficult if not impossible by Ring, so if there are other products out there that will allow me to do what I want and keep similar or better function than ring, well, let me know please!

Function I want that will be outside of Hubitat.
I am looking for a way to get my motion alerts and video display between the two brands of cameras in one application, and I can host it in a private / home VM so no issues there, or I can go with a 3rd party hosted app since both are using cloud services anyway it doesn't really matter.

Function I want to be inside of Hubitat,
#1. I want access to the motion sensor state. Just motion or no, so these can be seen by HE as simple WiFi motion sensors.
#2. This is specific to Ring. I want access to control the lights on / off from within the app so that they are not just security lights, but outdoor lights that can serve a function.
#3. Again specific to Ring, but I want access to the siren / strobe functions of the Ring spotlight and Floodlight cams. Decent outdoor sirens and strobes seem to be few and far between and it would be nice to not have to mount yet more stuff stuck to the siding on the house...

There was a community written app for Smartthings that did what I am trying to do at least bringing motion sensor / light / siren control into Smartthings at Github GitHub - adamgoodfriend/SmarthingsRingSiren perhaps someone much smarter than me with writing apps for Hubitat could take a gander at it and see if this is something we could get ported over for Hubitat?

there was a shinobi user app that if you're using RTSP on the cameras you can use to trigger for motion

i tried it and it worked, but shinobi was just too finicky for me so i abandoned it. the key thing you could grab from this though is the webhook IP

I'm using Blue Iris for my security cameras and am using the motion sensors on the cameras to send commands to Hubitat to turn on lights, etc. I don't know if it would work with Ring cams tho as I don't use them.

Yeah, I get the impression Ring likes to hold things close to the vest...

With Ring you have to be a little careful as they now have two lines running - Ring Alarm, and Ring Smart Lights. Both have motion detectors, lights, etc., but the Alarm side of the house runs on ZWave+ while the Smart Lights is a proprietary protocol that requires a bridge to connect back.

Yeah same with Arlo.. I am using HomeBridge + Node-RED. I can detect a ring doorbell press and then trigger an old Aeotec Siren Beep. Works well.

Yeah, these are ring Smart LIghts, not Ring Alarm...

TinyCamPro does the job for me. 7 Wyze cams, including 1 doorbell and 1 outdoor cam.
