I have hub protect on 3 hubs. When I go into my.hubitat.com and look at registered hubs, one of them says add hub protect. I go to the hub and it says it is active. What gives?
In this screen shot, the one labled Gard House has a protect subscription active acording to the hub.
I recently confronted the same or at the very least similar experience. I believe you will need to contact Hubitat Support to get this matter resolved as the fix was executed on their end.
There was never a transfer as the protect was in place from the time the hub was placed into service. It's probably ok as when I look at subscriptions in the hub itself it shows active.
In my case (YMMV) the subscriptions appeared correct and Active. It was that all my cloud backups went missing and I was unable to schedule or perform a manual cloud backup. I had done a series of migrations, new subscriptions and a transfer. Well good luck.
@j715 did you find an answer to this? I am experiencing a similar issue with my hubs. Previously 1 was showing active and a 2nd asking to add. Now both show as asking to add, even though I have purchased the remote admin + protect combo for both.
