Ok, I see the problem. Can you go to Plaza, then navigate to Backup and Restore page and click on "Reload" under Reload entitlements section and let me know if you can schedule cloud backups now?
That's because it has active Remote Admin, and also is no longer connected to the cloud, so the Remote Admin license cannot be updated. The next time is connected, click the reload to synchronize the service locally.
I had tried reloading entitlements yesterday and nothing happened, I just did it again now and the hub is now protected. The old app also confirms this.
PlazaOld is here with me at M3. Can I update it from here even though the IP address is set for the router at Plaza?
It was missing a flag, that I had to correct, that's why reloading didn't work yesterday. What about my.hubitat.com. Does it show Hub Protect active on both too, now?
You guys should really get a room. (PM?)
I was able to connect PlazaOld to my M3 network. I found it, logged in and reloaded entitlements. After that I tried to Deregister the hub. I'll see if with time if it worked.
My Hub protection is indicating that I am covered for one hub only, yet I have subscribed and paid for 2 .
go to support.hubitat.com and click on subscriptions and put in a ticket.
Very easy to do. Again, go to support.hubitat.com
You’re searching the Hubitat community forum for the word “ticket.”
Rick suggested you browse to a different web page entirely to enter a support ticket.
And he included the link for that page in his posts. Twice.
It really couldn’t be easier…
