Hi I have Hubitat C7 and C8 pro with same platform 2.4.3.176. As for internet, I connect each of the hubitat to a mesh router (one each).
I can't get these hubs to see each other.
There is nothing under "active hub" that I can see. (see images)
I followed the instruction on the website but can't get it to work.
Thank you in advance for helps
Please provide your hub model (C7, C8, etc.) and its platform version from Settings>Hub Details.

Hubs must be on the same local network, your Internet connection isn't used for Hub Mesh... it's great you have them connected to the Internet for getting updates, etc. but Hub Mesh is 100% local. All you hubs need to be on the same subnet with no filtering between.
Then I am not sure why it is not working then since locally they should see each other correct?
Not if they are on different subnets. If one hub is at 192.168.0.100 and the other is at 10.100.100.100 then there's no way they would see each other, as an extreme example. I'm not saying this is the problem you're facing, but only you can determine what is affecting your network between the two hubs.
yes, they are on the same subnet. Their IPs starts 192.168.68.xx
Do they both show up when you go to:

e.g.
I sort of remember having an issue at one point and I think this is the procedure that got past it for me. :
Maybe...
