I have a hub C7 that looses network connectivity consistently. It seems to be around every 14 days. The hub light is green but I cannot reach it. I did a reset on it 2 weeks ago as well as moved it to a different network trying to rule out local network issues. Still it will lose connectivity.
Any suggestions on what to try next? Currently no devices are paired to it.
Please provide your hub model (C7, C8, etc.) and its platform version from Settings>Hub Details.

No VLANs or anything extravagant, currently its just plugged into a dumb switch. Getting its IP from dhcp.
I was using this at the office and was having the issues there. Nothing complicated there either on the network side. Currently its plugged into my network at my house, i have another C7 hub at home that is not having any issues.
Since it happens on a regular interval (14 days), it sounds like that is the DHCP lease expiry time of your router. Your Hubitat may just be getting assigned a new IP every 14 days. Creating a DHCP reservation would fix that.
At the very least, for diagnostic purposes, assign a static address to the Hubitat to rule out DHCP as being the cause.
When you can't reach your hub does your devices and rules still function as they should?
What is your internet speed?
I had a similar issue where I couldn't reach the UI or hub but everything functioned as it should. I was instructed to change my network connection speed from Auto Negotiate to 100 Mbps fixed. Since then I had no issues.
