Twice this week I've come home to the hub being unresponsive and only the diagnostic page is accessible
How do I find out why it is crashing and resolve it?
I'm currently updating to 2.3.9 latest now
It's just happened again, does no one have any suggestions as to why?
You're going to have to provide some info to get some help. I would recommend following the post below.

Yes please look over that post linked above and answer as many of the questions in there as possible. That will give us a good overview of your setup and prevent a bunch of back and forth questions.
