HPM timed out error

Hello guys.
I have a problem with my HPM when i want to search something (an app)
I press "search by keywords" and type the name, hit ENTER, and after a few second it comes back with an error:

you can temp get around this with "Fuzzy" checked on that screen.

The fuzzy search option is down, yes.

Select Fast Search and you'll get past that error.

I've sent a message to Dman (Dominic) but haven't seen a response or a fix. It's been a week and I can certainly disable the fuzzy search option (force fast search) but I don't want to do that without giving him time to find and fix it. He's said before that he has no intention of shutting it down, but %^$# happens as they say...
