I have migrated from a C7 to a C8-Pro. The migration is complete. Transferred my subscription to the C8-Pro and deregistered the C7 from my.hubitat.com. Done a soft-reset on the C7 that also worked fine. Giving the C7 to my child and wanted to do a full-reset. When I attempt the full-reset I receive a message saying there is a subscription still associated with the hub. How do I correct that?
There is an issue performing full reset on hubs that had subscriptions before. If you already transferred the subscription and still can't run full reset, you can manually reset the hub by performing the following actions:
run Soft Reset without restoring
reset both radios from Diagnostic Tool
de-register the hub.
Full Reset is just a macro that performs the above steps in a loop, so is more for convenience than anything else.
