How to find cause of hard crashes?

I now get roughly 1-2 weeks before requiring a reboot
EDIT: on my C-7 hub

To summarize all of the things I have done so far:
-anything with power reporting has it disabled
-dchp reconnect disabled
-hue bulbs are separate
-different Ethernet cable and port on the switch
-all z wave devices except garage and lock are no security now

I’m no expert, but one thing that I didn’t mention before was the circadian lighting app. It generates a lot of traffic when it updates an entire house worth of bulbs (grouped by fixture with zigbee group messaging) to the right color.

Is there a way to help the hub/mesh deal with that account of traffic? Or would that not be the cause of an unresponsive hub?
