How to create new mobile prescence devices?

This is geared towards notifications not working but same thing applies to the presence not being passed over to the hub. The "DNI surgery" links to instructions I wrote for the process.

• make sure the app is up to date
• uninstal and reinstall the app
• go to More page then under App Settings, select Refresh
• Perform DNI surgery as described in this post
• Remove the mobile app devices on the hub, then create new ones.

If you don't want to straight up delete the mobile device and break all your rules, there is a better way to do it.
