How to create new mobile prescence devices?

Hi guys! Running the latest mobile app on android and a C5 hub and have since the mobile app got updated to the new version had some significant issues with prescence as well as notifications.

Me and my significant other are both using my account to login and have been using our mobile phones as prescence sensors, but for some reason her phone has completely stopped registering.

When prescence got messed up with the last app, you always had the option to create a new mobile prescence sensors and select that for the phone to identify as, but now I can't find that setting anywhere.

What am I missing? The missus is tired of moving about in the dark as soon as I leave home and I'd love to solve this before the winter.

Have her log out of the hub, then delete her phone from devices. When she signs back into the app it will ask her to create a new device. Use that new device in the notifications you have.

:point_up_2: If you don't want to straight up delete the mobile device and break all your rules, there is a better way to do it.
