How to change admin account if I have an active subscription?

I still can't change mine. It says active subscriptions must be cancelled. But the subscription is tied to the guest account not the admin account.

The reason you cannot change the admin account when there is an active subscription, is that replacing the admin removes the guest accounts, therefore the access to the service for the hub would be lost. In order to change the account you will need to create a case by visiting the following page and our staff will be able to further assist (be sure to select "Other" as the reason):
