No repeaters but the mess is dense. starting at the hub there are 1 to 3 devices in each room... Door sensor, motion sensor
Note: even the motion sensor IN the hub room has periodic delays
I would honestly consider getting a few repeaters spread out throughout your house.
Consider grabbing some Iris plugs off ebay. You can get 5 for $50.
After you install those, then decide on the stability of the hub.
I like remind people that these radios are serial devices. Any one of them can screw up the whole system if it's jabbering. It's the "one bad apple" thing all over again.
