"Subject to change at any moment."

(How did all of this happen?, he wonders.)

I refuse to answer this question because it feels more like the admittance of problem/addiction than anything else.

"Hi, I'm Coda and I'm a home automation addict."

There. Are you happy now?!

@codahq, you're not a real addict until you pack up all your discarded bits and pieces and gift them to someone else to get them addicted.

...a milestone I reached on Friday.

Unfortunately I have already dragged several people down with me.

The guy I gave the box of Caseta stuff to on Friday just texted, and wants to come over ASAP "with questions".

It's a very difficult question to answer. Rules are over 100, but devices are a very diverse mix of Insteon, Zigbee, Z-Wave, virtual-switch-connected HomeKit devices, and cloud only (non-critical) devices. I'm not a purist that insists on one protocol vs another. I want and strive for stability, but that looks different than the perfection some seek. I know that perfection is not obtainable.

For critical systems (i.e. Fire, CO, Security) I do have a personal belief that they must be kept separated in uncompromisingly stable environments, which I've expressed several times before. I don't mind if a capability that is extended to HE fails, but the core function must not.

Hubitat newbie using :

Apps:
Alexa TTS Manager (first non-native item in use)
Amazon Echo Skill
Groups and Scenes - 5 Groups
Hubitat Dashboard - 4
Hubitat Safety Monitor - 2 Intrusion and 1 Smoke
Lock Code Manager - Installed, but not in use because of an issue with the KeyWe
Mode Manager - Setup, but not really used too much
Motion Lighting Apps- 5
Notifications - 2
Rule Machine - 9
Zone Motion Controllers - 1 setup for testing

55 devices setup, about 7 here still in the box, and around another dozen and a half devices on order. (We shall not speak of the wish list!)

The next (time consuming) thing I want setup is another low power PC (RPi?) for monitoring power usage/temperatures using Graphana (a product to learn) and maybe NodeRed (yet another product to learn). I'll need to make time to read though this thread beforehand:
