How do I connect Hubitat with Honeywell THX321WFS3001W

I don't have one of that model and can't give much advice... There's some 2yr old advice for Home Assistant, which can then be bridged into Hubitat.

This is my first Hubitate driver/app... actually, my first time writing Groovy for that matter. So definitely appreciate any feedback/code review and as noted this is very much an alpha. As in it works on my machine :). thecloudtaylor/hubitat-honeywell (github.com)
