How do I connect Hubitat with Honeywell THX321WFS3001W

For someone non technical, How do you connect Honeywell Thermostart THX321WFS3001W with Hubitat Model C8?

If it's WiFi and you have a Total Connect Comfort (TCC) ID/pw, you can try:

Honeywell support says this model is not having CRC and is not compatible with TCC. Any workaround?

I don't have one of that model and can't give much advice... There's some 2yr old advice for Home Assistant, which can then be bridged into Hubitat.
